What is your return policy?
All items are made-to-order, so please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or sizing mistakes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed and go into production shortly after they are placed, so cancellations are not possible.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.
Do you ship Internationally
We currently only ship within the United States and do not accept international orders.

All items are made-to-order, so please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including buyer’s remorse or sizing mistakes. Orders are processed and go into production shortly after they are placed, so cancellations are not possible.

Defective Item Exception
If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange for a defective product, email us at contact@arteezt.com with clear pictures of the defect. We will send a replacement item upon receipt of the returned defective item.

After identifying the ideal product, you can access its details on the product detail page. Comprehensive information, including available colors and sizes, is provided beneath each product on the main description.
2. Care Instructions for Garment
To maintain the quality and longevity of your item, please adhere to the following care instructions:
- Machine Wash: Use cold water and set the machine to a gentle cycle. Turn the item inside-out and wash with similar colors using a mild detergent.
- Bleaching: Apply non-chlorine bleach only if absolutely necessary.
- Fabric Softeners: Refrain from using fabric softeners.
- Drying: Tumble dry on a low heat setting or hang to dry for best results.
- Ironing: If ironing is needed, do so inside-out on a cool setting. Avoid ironing over any printed areas.
- Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean.

Account registration and sign in
Accessing your account
To create a new account or sign in, click the "person icon" in the top right corner of the site. Enter your email address, and you'll receive a 6-digit validation code. Enter that code to set up a new account or access your existing one.
1. Order Tracking
Tracking an Order
You can track the status of your order online at arteezt.com. Create or login into your account and you will be able to view your orders.
2. Order Statuses:
"Ordered"
Once you have placed your order on Arteezt and your credit card has been authorized, your order status will appear as "Ordered." At this point, your order will be sent to one of our print on demand facilities for processing.
"Dispaptched"
Once you have placed your order, it will be sent to one of our fulfillment printing facilities to be processed and packed for shipment. During this time, your order status will appear as "Ordered" Please allow 1 - 2 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
"In Transit"
Once we have assigned a tracking number to your order, and it has left our warehouse, the order status will appear as "In transit."
"Delivered"
Once your order has been delivered, the status of the order will appear as "Delivered"
3. Shipping
Order Fulfillment
As all items are made-to-order, please allow 3-7 business days for processing and fulfillment. During peak times, fulfillment may take an additional day.
Standard Shipping:
After your order is fulfilled, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times are additional to the fulfillment period.
Our products are custom-made just for you, which is why the delivery may take a little longer. By creating items on demand rather than in bulk, we help reduce waste. Thank you for supporting thoughtful purchasing practices!
International Shipping:
We currently only ship within the United States and do not accept international orders.
